Job summary

Simply Solar in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the first point of contact for homeowners with questions or problems about their solar systems, guiding each case from the initial call through resolution.

You will answer inbound calls and emails about system performance, schedule field technicians, and coordinate warranty claims with manufacturers. You will document all communications in our CRM and help grow the service team as the department expands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in the solar industry in any role.
• Strong communication and a helper mindset for customers.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
• Interest in learning how solar systems work and how to troubleshoot them.
• Able to navigate industry terminology and meet deadlines.
• Work effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from customers about system performance, monitoring, and service needs.
• Diagnose common issues and resolve remotely when possible.
• Schedule field technicians and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Work with manufacturers on warranty claims and replacement equipment.
• Document cases and communications in our CRM.
• Coordinate the service crew's schedule.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
