Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a proactive Solar Service Coordinator to manage service requests across a portfolio of solar systems. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with field technicians, and serve as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams.

In this fast-paced solar operations role, you will monitor performance, dispatch field service, document activity in CRM, and help build efficient service workflows while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solar, service coordination, or operations.
• Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms (Enphase, SolarEdge, Locus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with field teams.
• Proficient in CRM systems (QuickBase, Method CRM, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests and customer inquiries
• Monitor system performance and identify underperforming or offline systems
• Troubleshoot issues remotely using monitoring platforms
• Dispatch and coordinate for field service
• Track service tickets from initiation through resolution
• Communicate updates to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Work closely with Billing, Collections, and Operations teams
• Review service reports, photos, and completion notes for accuracy
• Ensure all service activity is documented in CRM systems
• Escalate complex or recurring issues as needed
