Job summary

Photon Brothers is seeking a Service Coordinator at our Westminster, CO location to ensure top-tier service care for solar and battery storage customers. You will diagnose issues, coordinate visits, review monitoring data, and guide customers through add-ons and upgrades.

Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for timely resolutions. Excellent customer service, multitasking, and a proactive approach are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in the solar industry and knowledge of residential/commercial solar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to de-escalate and problem-solve.
• Excellent record-keeping and analytical abilities; self-motivated with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for current and future customers with service inquiries.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot with customer/manufacturer, and schedule visits as needed.
• Review monitoring portals to identify issues and create cases for outstanding items.
• Manage service cases from open to close including monitoring/warranty issues.
• Field calls from technicians on site to provide remote assistance.
• Assist with equipment receiving and returns for warranty items.
• Support service growth for solar/electrical needs and upsell add-ons.
• Perform tasks as directed by the Service Manager or Director of Service.
