Job summary

PureSky Energy in Denver, CO is seeking a Community Solar Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for subscribers and prospective customers. You will manage onboarding, enrollment, billing inquiries, and account activities across PureSky’s nationwide solar portfolio.

This role partners with internal teams and utility partners to ensure a seamless customer experience, drive retention, and maintain data privacy while delivering exceptional service in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of applicable work experience.
• Two or more years of progressive experience in customer service, sales, and/or administrative roles.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred, and data processing.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with customer service, billing, collections, and contractual compliance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage timelines.
• Self-directed with ability to work remotely without constant supervision.
• Positive attitude and passion for renewable energy.
• Experience handling sensitive personal information.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States and travel US/Canada.
• Bonus: experience with community solar; HubSpot; Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for community solar inquiries and onboarding.
• Coordinate enrollment, contract administration, and subscriber accounts.
• Educate customers and communicate program updates with timely resolutions.
• Maintain data privacy and compliance across customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners for campaigns and retention.
• Resolve billing, payments, and account issues while maintaining records.
• Support monthly bills and customer communications.
• Assist with accounts receivable reporting and collections.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing and adherence to policies.
• Support process improvements to enhance customer experience.
