Job summary

Renogy X in Ontario, CA is seeking a driven Sales & Project Coordinator to support our growing solar and energy storage business. This role blends inbound sales with hands-on project coordination as you guide customers from initial inquiry through contract signing.

You will close deals, build lasting relationships, and keep projects moving forward by coordinating with engineering, permitting, installation, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer account management, or project coordination.
• Experience in residential solar, energy storage, construction, or home improvement sales is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage leads, present proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
• Excellent customer communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from website inquiries, phone calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Qualify prospects, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable solar and battery solutions.
• Prepare quotes and proposals in coordination with the design and engineering teams.
• Conduct sales consultations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, and close deals independently.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and customer interactions in CRM.
• Serve as a primary customer contact after contract signing and throughout project delivery.
• Provide proactive updates on project milestones, schedules, and next steps.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, installation, and operations teams to keep projects on track.
• Follow up on outstanding customer documents, approvals, and scheduling requirements.
• Identify potential delays, communicate issues, and elevate them when necessary.
• Maintain accurate project records and support a positive customer experience.
