Job summary

Venture Home in Pittsburgh is seeking experienced sales representatives who can close deals in in-home settings for solar, battery storage, and electrical upgrades. A reliable vehicle and a license are required to be considered for the position.

Our appointment setting team will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with homeowners and close with the best combination of products and a proven track record in the industry.

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in solar is welcomed.
• Candidate must be willing to learn.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".
