Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is recruiting experienced sales representatives to close residential solar deals. You will meet homeowners, present energy solutions, and close plans with a track record of success.

We provide base salary plus uncapped commission, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits. A reliable vehicle and license are required to be considered for the position, with paid training and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience.
• Outside/in-home sales preferred.
• Experience in solar is welcome.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and attend sales appointments with homeowners.
• Close deals through effective product/service explanations.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful.

RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".
