Job summary

Venture Home in Bedford, NH is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. You’ll meet homeowners after appointments scheduled by our team and close with the best combination of products and financing.

A reliable vehicle and license are required. Base salary plus uncapped commission with OTE $100,000–$250,000; 401k match; health, dental, and vision insurance; paid training and PTO; referral program and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside sales (In-home sales) is preferred.
• Solar experience is welcomed.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and close deals with homeowners.
• Work with appointment-setters to meet homeowners and present the best solar products and financing options.

About The Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.
Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem 'too good to be true'.
A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
