Moss is seeking a Safety Manager (BESS) to lead Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives on multi-state solar projects. Focus areas include safety protocols for BESS, fire suppression, and electrical hazard mitigation, with travel up to 100%.

You will partner with project teams to ensure regulatory compliance, drive EHS programs, and oversee site investigations while maintaining credentials across the Moss portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of DOT/DOL/EPA regulations and OSHA/industrial safety compliance.
• Ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures and levels of leadership.
• Strong organization and planning skills with attention to confidentiality.
• Must be able to safely drive a company vehicle and maintain a clean driving record.

• Lead EHS functions on a project site.
• Provide direction to the project EHS team.
• Implement safety protocols for BESS installation and commissioning.
• Monitor and improve EHS programs and compliance plans on assigned site.
• Collaborate with project and construction teams to promote safety by influence.
