Job summary

Moss is seeking a Safety Manager to join the Solar Safety team (BESS) and lead EHS on multi-site projects. You will implement and monitor safety protocols, oversee the EHS team, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements on assigned sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor the project EHS team, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop, monitor, and improve Moss Solar EHS programs and plans on assigned sites.
• Prioritize, delegate, and complete safety tasks while maintaining credentials up to date.
• Collaborate with project and construction teams to drive safety outcomes and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrate ability to evaluate and address EHS risks and maintain documentation.
