Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Residential Home Improvement Sales Consultant focused on warm leads and uncapped earning potential. You will close solar and roofing solutions with proven closers and driven sellers, in a field-based role across CT/Bridgeport areas.

Experience in inside or outside sales helps, with paid training, ongoing coaching, and multiple revenue streams. First-year average is $130,000–$150,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred.
• Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experiences strongly desired.
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Cell phone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities.
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer.
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline.
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations.
• Ability to access attics and roof areas to check for solar panel compatibility.
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close.
