Venture Home is hiring a Retail - Solar Sales Consultant to staff Lowe's locations in the Northeast. You will educate homeowners about solar energy, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

This role blends retail interaction with clean energy education and offers a clear path for growth. This full-time position includes on-target earnings of 55k–85k with hourly pay + uncapped commissions, flexible schedules, benefits for full-time employees, and ongoing

Responsabilidades

• Represent Venture Home inside assigned Lowe's locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
