Job summary

Greentech Renewables’ Management Trainee program prepares sales-focused individuals to supervise a multi-million-dollar location after 18–24 months of on-the-job training, plus online instruction in solar PV, sales, and management. Rotations cover warehouse, counter sales, AP/AR, purchasing, project management, inventory, and business development, with ongoing leadership development.

The program requires strong communication, geographic flexibility, and a proactive, energetic mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without sponsorship).
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating - both written and spoken - in English.
