Job summary

Mission Clean Energy LLC is seeking a Real Estate Associate to support site acquisition for our solar and Battery Energy Storage System projects across the United States. You will build relationships with landowners, conduct market analysis, and work with development, permitting, and finance teams to move sites through acquisition and interconnection processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, strong organizational and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS, Google Earth; Smartsheet a plus.
• Strong negotiation and contract understanding.

Responsibilities

• Market and financial analysis.
• Monitor regulatory requirements for renewable energy projects.
• Preliminary permitting screening with local jurisdictions.
• Support acquisition negotiations and due diligence.
• Assist in interconnection and project permitting.
• Coordinate with development, permitting, and finance teams.
• Maintain site selection database and progress reporting.
