Job summary

Conductor Power, a leader in solar EPC and electrical services, seeks a Quality Coordinator to oversee QA across renewable-energy installations. You will develop QA protocols, perform inspections, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement with project teams on-site.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 2–5 years in QA/QC, familiarity with IEC/UL standards, OSHA safety rules, and ISO 9001 knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quality assurance or quality control experience, preferably in renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Familiarity with solar energy systems and safety regulations (OSHA)

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement QA protocols for solar projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and audits of solar installations.
• Documentation: Maintain records of quality control inspections and corrective actions.
• Training: Provide training on quality control measures to project teams.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to address quality issues.
• Reporting: Prepare quality reports highlighting trends and recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
• Supplier Quality Management: Assess and monitor material and equipment quality from suppliers.
