Qualifications

• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair solar PV systems and equipment.
• Work under supervision at trainee level and progress with guidance.
• Shadow senior technicians and learn site operations and safety practices.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and follow on‑call schedule.
• Complete required advancement exams within six months of hire.
