Positive Energy Solar is seeking a Solar PV Installer to join our Santa Fe-area team. You will install solar PV systems on-site, carry tools, and help prepare components in the warehouse. The role involves wiring, mounting hardware, and ensuring safe, high-quality execution with a collaborative crew.

Experience with PV installations and knowledge of AC/DC wiring are essential; NABCEP or Journeyman license is a strong plus. Valid transportation to job sites is required and outdoor work is common.

Qualifications

• Experience with PV installations and electrical wiring.
• Journeyman Electrician license or NABCEP certification a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation of solar PV systems per design documents.
• Transport and organize tools and equipment at job sites.
• Ensure parts are stocked on the truck and pre-assemble components.
• Layout and mount solar modules and racking; perform wiring (AC/DC).
• Adhere to safety and quality standards; keep trucks organized.
