Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises is seeking a hands-on Solar Installer to support the installation of residential and small commercial PV systems in Marion, IL. You will help mount panels, assemble components, and ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.

Ideal candidates are comfortable outdoors, at heights, and eager to contribute to renewable energy projects. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required; OSHA 10/30 and NABCEP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years in construction, roofing, electrical, or solar installation preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems per plans.
• Assist with mounting hardware, panels, and wiring under supervision.
• Support electrical connections, inverters, and monitoring hardware.
• Adhere to NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety procedures.
• Inspect installations and help with testing and commissioning.
