Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises is seeking a Solar Installer to safely install residential and small commercial PV systems. You will be hands-on outdoors, mounting panels, assembling components, and ensuring installs meet design specifications and electrical codes.

Ideal candidates have experience in construction or solar installs, can work at heights and lift 50+ lbs, hold a valid driver's license, and are committed to OSHA safety standards and quality testing throughout commissioning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in Construction, roofing, electrical, or solar installation (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work at heights (rooftops, ladders) and lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems according to engineering plans.
• Assemble and secure racking systems, solar panels, and mounting hardware.
• Assist with inverter installation, wiring, and system connections under supervision.
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures.
