Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical certifications preferred.
• Experience in large-scale solar O&M.
• Proficient reading electrical schematics and using CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on AC and DC systems.
• Monitor plant operations via SCADA and support commissioning and testing.
• Follow safety protocols including JHA and LOTO.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and assist maintenance.
• Coordinate with remote operators and document activities in CMMS.
