Job summary

FLEXRACK by Qcells is seeking a Project Scheduler to join the Highlands Hills, OH team. You will collaborate with project managers, logistics, and site contacts to develop delivery schedules and monitor progress on solar projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, 2+ years in scheduling, and strong organizational and communication skills. On-site work hours are standard, with travel up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a project scheduler in a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software.
• Extensive experience in schedule planning and management.
• In-depth knowledge of project scopes within the industry.
• Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with project managers and logistics personnel to develop project delivery schedules.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
• Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
• Provide and update delivery schedules in a consistent, easy-to-understand format.
• Coordinate project timelines with internal departments, customers and site contacts.
• Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate timely interventions.
• Evaluate delivery performance and prepare project progress reports.
• Keep projects within budget and completed on time to the extent possible.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
