Job summary

Quality Solar is seeking an organized Solar Project Coordinator to oversee residential solar projects from signed contract through Permit to Operate (PTO). You will manage a high-volume pipeline, coordinate multiple departments, and communicate directly with homeowners to keep projects moving on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating residential solar projects or in residential solar operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from signed contract through Permission to Operate (PTO).
• Manage a pipeline of 150–250 active residential solar projects.
• Monitor milestones and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule by coordinating with internal teams and homeowners.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout installation.
