Job summary

Clēnera, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Boise to independently manage complex coordination, documentation, and financial tracking across 2–4 projects. You’ll proactively identify risks, drive resolutions, and support a smooth handoff to operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in large-scale construction, with solar/storage experience preferred. A hybrid work environment and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in large-scale construction project management; solar/energy storage preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore; ability to learn company tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities: review designs, monitor milestones, coordinate with engineering, legal, and permitting teams.
• Manage procurement tracking: review submittals, monitor schedules, track long-lead items, escalate risks.
• Monitor construction progress against schedule; identify delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Own RFI/submittal/change order/EPC deliverable tracking; ensure accuracy and workflow adherence.
• Support change management with cost/schedule impact analysis and change-control processes.
• Oversee financial management: review pay apps, validate invoices, track budgets and codes, assist AP.
• Support safety, quality control, and inspections; follow company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Act as central communication hub among PM, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
