Energy Solutions is hiring a Solar Programs Associate - Consumer Protection to support complaint resolution and case progression. You will work with consumers, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining accurate records and applying SOPs in a collaborative environment in a hybrid Chicago office.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to procedures. A 60k–70k salary with full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school + 2 years' relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills and prioritization.
• Follow procedures and apply SOPs to workflows.
• Identify issues and elevate appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/tracking systems.
• One-page cover letter explaining interest (AI not allowed).

Responsibilities

• Process and document consumer complaints per workflows.
• Review and categorize complaints using defined standards.
• Maintain and update case records in systems/CRMs.
• Identify missing information and coordinate follow-ups.
• Communicate case status and required docs to consumers/vendors.
• Coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders for progress.
• Apply program requirements and SOPs to issues.
• Escalate non-routine or sensitive issues to supervisors.
• Track case progress and update workflow status.
• Validate data entries and correct discrepancies.
