Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to track tasks and manage competing priorities.
Ability to follow SOPs and established procedures.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Process and document consumer complaints following established workflows and record case details.
Review and categorize complaints to support tracking and prioritization.
Maintain and update case records in program systems and CRMs.
Coordinate follow-up requests and communicate status to consumers and vendors.
Escalate non-routine or sensitive issues to supervisors.
Track and update case progress and ensure data quality.
