Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to track tasks and priorities.
• Ability to follow SOPs and established procedures.
• Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and document consumer complaints per workflows.
• Review and categorize complaints to support tracking.
• Maintain and update case records in program systems/CRM.
• Identify missing information and coordinate follow-up.
• Communicate case status and next steps with consumers and vendors.
• Escalate non-routine or sensitive issues to supervisors.
• Track progress and update workflow status in reporting systems.
• Validate data entries and correct discrepancies.
