Energy Solutions in Chicago is seeking a Solar Programs Associate - Consumer Protection to join our DER Team. You will support complaint resolution, maintain accurate records, apply SOPs, and help drive timely case progression in a hybrid office setting.

This role requires detail orientation, strong communication, and ability to collaborate with consumers, vendors, and internal teams. Bachelor’s degree or 2 years experience; salary range $60,000-$70,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to follow SOPs and established procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/tracking systems.
• One-page cover letter required; AI use prohibited.

Responsibilities

• Process and document consumer complaints using established workflows.
• Review and categorize complaints to support tracking and prioritization.
• Maintain and update case records in CRM and program systems.
• Coordinate follow-up requests and information with consumers and vendors.
• Escalate non-routine issues to supervisors.
• Track case progress and ensure data quality.
