Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support utility-scale PV plants. You will monitor and service PV systems, inverters, transformers, and metering, using SCADA and field inspections to keep energy generation on track.

This role requires 2+ years in related work, a high school diploma or higher, electrical certifications a plus, and a strong safety mindset. You’ll work with a team at our North Carolina sites, perform PM tasks, and document procedures and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or Journey level certification.
• Experience with electrical safety, SCADA, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to follow LOTO and Job Hazard Analysis protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly KPIs for energy generation and maintenance efficiency.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company protocols.
• Handle PM work: measuring, reading, testing, maintenance on site components.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders professionally.
• Assist in planning on-site projects, installations, and testing.
• Ensure documentation and work orders are complete and filed.
• Attend safety and environmental training as assigned.
