Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC seeks a Manager, O&M to supervise solar farm operations and maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability and high availability. The role requires leading teams, coordinating maintenance, and driving improvements across facilities.

The position is full-time and on-site, with travel to sites as needed. Strong background in electrical/mechanical systems and knowledge of safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations and/or maintenance of electrical/mechanical systems, including 2 years in renewables.
• Lead or supervise personnel for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations to ensure design parameters, safe and efficient performance.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs; ensure preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Prepare budgets and manage procurement within approved approvals.
• Provide technical analysis and generate operation reports.
• Train staff on safety and operational procedures.
