Job summary

OCI Energy LLC, a developer and operator of solar PV facilities, seeks an Operations Engineer in San Antonio, TX. You will provide technical support for on-site installation, maintenance, and operation of our solar assets within a small, cohesive team.

Qualified candidates hold a bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, enjoy data-driven analysis, and can coordinate with SCADA systems, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with power generation focus preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain field vehicle permit.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work non-traditional hours.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for installation, maintenance, and modification of solar assets.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Oversee SCADA alarms and coordinate with on-site teams and vendors.
• Develop protocols and safety/compliance documentation.
• Support procurement, contracts, and vendor management.
