Job summary

Simply Solar in California is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our solar footprint. You will follow up on company-generated appointments, design detailed solar energy plans and proposals, and close contracts in-home or virtually.

You will develop and maintain relationships with clients during production, while project managers handle execution. The role requires 2+ years in solar sales, strong closing and communication skills, and a valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven track record in solar sales.
• Outstanding closing and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Integrity, honesty, and ability to speak with homeowners.
• High proficiency with computers and online tools.
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekend and evening hours.
• Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Current HIS license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Reliable and always available transportation.
• Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred.
