Sunrun is seeking a dynamic Solar Sales role in California. You will present solar solutions to homeowners, explain financing, and guide customers through the process, while developing a residential sales footprint and earning through commission-based pay.

Weekly training and performance incentives are offered to accelerate earning potential. Applicants must be 18+ and able to work outdoors, with a license (HIS) preferred or in process.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Present solar solutions to homeowners, explain financing, and guide customers through the process.
• Develop and manage sales in a residential area.
• Knock doors, network, and follow up on referrals.
• Attend weekly training meetings to sharpen skills and boost earnings.
• Track sales activities and hit performance goals.
• Close deals and drive top-line revenue with a 100% commission-based structure after HIS licensing.
• Educate homeowners on benefits like cost savings, clean energy, and energy independence.
