Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking self-motivated Sales Specialists to develop and manage residential solar sales. You’ll knock doors, network with homeowners, and follow referrals to close solar solutions with financing support.

Excellent earning potential and ongoing training are provided, with a focus on growth and career advancement. Applicants must be 18+ and comfortable working outdoors. Prior direct or commission-based sales experience is preferred, and a California HIS license may be required

Qualifications

• Experience in direct or commission-based sales preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: Develop and manage sales in a residential area.
• Connect with homeowners: Knock doors, network, and follow up on referrals.
• Track your wins: Monitor sales activities and hit performance goals.
• Close the deal: Present solar solutions to homeowners and guide financing.
• Educate & inspire: Help homeowners understand the benefits of going solar.
• Grow with Sunrun: Attend weekly training meetings to sharpen skills and advance.
