Job summary

Solar.com seeks an Installer Partnerships Manager to build and guide a nationwide network of vetted installation partners. You will recruit and vet installers, onboard partners, and set clear expectations on quality, pricing, and communication.

In this role, you will support the network day to day, hold partners to our standards, and collaborate with product and operations to improve how we match projects to installers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships, account management, or operations.
• Strong relationship skills and a builder's mindset.
• The judgment to hold a high bar and the backbone to enforce it.
• Comfort with data and process, not just relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and vet high-quality installers across our active markets.
• Onboard partners and set clear expectations on quality, pricing, and communication.
• Support the network day to day and step in when projects need attention.
• Hold partners to our standards and make hard calls when they are not met.
• Work with product and ops to improve how we match projects to installers.
