Job summary

CYBERDYNE CONSTRUCTION LLC is seeking a Solar Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating interest and scheduling appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants. You will work from a busy retail showroom and support solar outreach to homeowners and businesses.

You will conduct outbound calls, educate customers on solar benefits, maintain CRM records, and coordinate in-home or virtual consultations.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication with customers.
• Ability to engage potential customers and build rapport quickly.
• Experience using CRM systems to track interactions and appointments.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Basic understanding of solar energy a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Engage customers to assess interest in solar energy solutions.
• Educate customers on solar benefits, cost savings, and impact.
• Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for Solar Sales Consultants.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and appointments.
• Follow up to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
• Collaborate with sales team for smooth handoffs.
