Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking a Solar Laborer to assist with preparation, handling and supplying materials for other crafts on site. You will support solar panel installation and related rigging tasks while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role includes loading/unloading, materials handling, pile layout, racking assembly and general site cleanup. Construction experience and comfort with tools are preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to work with a range of tools and equipment.
• Repetitive hand, arm and leg movements.
• Lifting up to 50 lb; with assistance if over 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Prepare, handle and supply materials for other crafts.
• Install solar panels.
• Rigging tasks.
• Racking assembly.
• Torque tube assembly.
• Pile layout.
• General cleanup and debris removal.
• All other duties as assigned.
