Job summary

New Jersey Resources is seeking a Field Technician for Performance Operations to coordinate maintenance and repairs at solar facilities in the Northeast. You will report to the Performance Operations team and partner with EPCs, OEMs, landowners, and utilities to ensure safety, reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

Associate or technical degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, engineering, and project management.
Travel approximately 10% to solar sites throughout the Northeast.

Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for solar facilities.
Monitor system alerts and analyze performance.
Coordinate outages and track repair actions.
Collaborate with EPC, OEM and contractors to support maintenance.
Maintain site data and equipment inventories.
Assist with review and enforcement of warranty documents.
Travel to solar sites in the Northeast region (~10%).
Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex issues.
