Enphase Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 6-month temporary on-site assignment. The role requires owning problems to completion and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting distributed partners.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, service PV and storage systems, and coordinate with homeowners and the scheduling team. Safety is prioritized in every task, with emphasis on accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Service Enphase PV and storage systems within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and scheduling teams; ensure alignment with customer support.
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics to evaluate system performance and identify issues.
• Work on rooftops and elevated structures; install and route conduit and wiring as needed.
• Maintain documentation and solar maintenance reports.
• Update Enlighten monitoring system to reflect changes.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.
• Train and mentor team members on installation techniques and best practices.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and review system designs for BOM/BOS.
