Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in electrical installation and service.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read and interpret plan sets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% to service territory and sites.
• Service Enphase PV and storage systems at sites.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and scheduling team.
• Perform onsite testing, diagnostics, and issue identification.
• Install conduits, piping, wiring, and mounting on rooftops.
• Maintain safety and document maintenance reports.
• Mentor team members on installation techniques.
