Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician for a six-month, on-site assignment to support Distribution and Installation Partners. The role demands owning issues to completion, delivering best-in-class customer service, and coordinating with the scheduling team to ensure timely site visits.

The candidate will handle onsite testing, routine diagnostics, and maintenance of PV and storage systems, with regular travel and a strong emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical installation and service.
• Valid electrical license (commercial or residential).
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plan sets.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
• Service Enphase PV and storage systems on site.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and scheduling team.
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of system performance.
• Work on rooftops and elevated structures.
• Complete maintenance reports and document work.
• Update Enlighten monitoring system after changes.
• Maintain tools and adhere to safety protocols.
• Mentor teammates on installation techniques and best practices.
