Job summary

Invenergy LLC in Crane, TX seeks a Solar Technician to help operate and maintain the Crane Solar project. You will perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on site equipment and support vegetation management and safety programs.

The role requires travel up to 30%, willingness to work outdoors in varying weather, and the ability to diagnose inverter and substation issues. A high school diploma and basic electrical experience are preferred, with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year technical experience (electrical) or technical education.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on site solar, substation, and equipment.
• Vegetation management and operating large equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot inverter, tracker, network, ground, and substation issues.
• Inspect and repair equipment daily following safety protocols.
• Work 7:00am - 3:30pm, with overtime and possible night shifts.
