Job summary

NovaSource Power Services, a world-leading solar operations and maintenance provider, seeks a skilled technician for utility-scale PV plants in Pennsylvania. You will monitor, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, inverters, and switchgear, ensuring safe and efficient plant operation.

Strong safety practices, CMMS proficiency, and SCADA familiarity are essential. The role requires 3+ years of O&M experience, journeyman or equivalent certifications, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Utility Solar Operations & Maintenance.
• Experience operating and maintaining power plant electrical systems, SCADA and controls systems operation.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Electrical certifications, state, journeyman, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly KPIs such as energy generation vs. plan and overall plant efficiency.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Complete training on Job Hazard Analysis and Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures.
• Conduct PM work including testing and maintenance of site components.
• Supervise plant evolutions and coordinate on-site planning, installations, and commissioning.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure all documentation is complete and filed.
