Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is preferred.
• Lock Out/Tag Out knowledge required; may require certification.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform field maintenance on solar equipment under supervision.
• Safely operate company property, equipment, and tooling.
• Conduct basic solar equipment testing and troubleshooting.
• Replace or repair solar parts under supervision.
• Respond to on-call requests for emergency repairs.
• Prepare accurate reports of work performed.
