Enphase Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 6-month temporary assignment to provide on-site support to Distribution and Installation Partners. This dynamic role requires owning problems through completion to deliver best-in-class customer service.

The position involves regular travel, rooftop work, and routine maintenance of solar and storage systems, with focus on safety and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical installation and service.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be insurable.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple applications; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
• Service Enphase PV and storage systems on-site.
• Coordinate site visits between scheduling and homeowners to align with Support teams.
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics to evaluate system performance.
• Maintain safety protocols and complete field reports accurately.
