Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, in-home sales a plus.
• CRM experience required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and self-motivation required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled home appointments.
• Build customer relationships and close residential and commercial solar sales.
• Educate customers on energy usage, ROI, and solar benefits.
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions.
• Manage pipeline with CRM and follow-up strategies.
• Drive deals forward through communication and relationship-building.
• Meet/exceed sales goals and maximize earning potential.
• Generate referrals by delivering an excellent customer experience.
