Responsibilities

• Assist the Territory Sales Manager in daily operations.
• Teach, train, and develop Sales Reps.
• Help develop plans that grow lead generation volume and positive outcomes.
• Help create or refine systems to support objectives.
• Identify strategies to guide new rep success.
• Develop and implement a manpower growth plan that supports team goals.
• Manage team to KPIs and objectives.
• Create a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity.
• Work in collaboration across the organization.
• Local travel as necessary.
