Job summary

Silicon Ranch Corporation is seeking a Solar Maintenance Technician II – Field Operations to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple GA sites. You will work on PV systems, UPS, SCADA, substations, and MV/HV components.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and willingness to travel between Hazlehurst, Jesup, Vidalia, Waycross, and Douglas, GA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in electrical trade or related maintenance.
• Experience with MV/HV systems desirable.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/BLS to be obtained within 4 weeks.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• State electrical license or NABCEP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on PV systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Perform corrective maintenance and respond to emergency dispatches.
• Log all work in CMMS and conduct electrical testing with meters.
• Assist with site access for contractors and field investigations.
