Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in solar in a crew lead or similar position.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites regularly to check quality, safety, and progress.
• Communicate with homeowners and provide weekly updates.
• Schedule projects with other project managers.
• Review materials and track job costs.
• Coordinate inspections and work with AHJ’s and utilities.
• Update project notes, photos, and documentation in our systems.
