Job summary
Solara Home Energy is seeking a Solar Construction Foreman I to lead residential solar installation crews on new home construction projects. You will plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep jobs on schedule while upholding plans, codes, and quality standards.
As a hands-on leader, you will enforce safety policies, coordinate with Project Managers, builders, and inspectors, and troubleshoot field issues to deliver projects safely, on time, and to high quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential solar, construction, or related field leadership roles.
- Previous Foreman or Crew Lead experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential new home construction and solar installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and layout drawings.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
