Mortenson Construction seeks an experienced Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and craft teams across a US-wide travel role. The position requires managing schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating with project managers and site teams.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field and at least 3 years of construction management experience. The role offers extensive travel and opportunity to lead multi-project scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years construction management or related experience.
• Current driver’s license.
• Electrical/contracting program experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise labor, subcontractors, and craft teams.
• Review craft worker certifications and trainings.
• Support safety audits and site safety meetings.
• Manage schedule development and updates with Project Managers.
• Oversee scope of work, equipment, and personnel on site.
• Review quantity takeoffs and manage materials during buyout.
• Support quality control for self-perform and subcontractors.
